Sackett b. 12-8-1878 d. 3-17-1918. According to the 1880 census, James Lewis Sackett had a son, Richard age 7 which would make 1873 as his birth year. Illinois Statewide Death Index, 1916-1950 Last Name, First Name Middle Name; Sex/; Race; Age; Cert # ; Death Date; County; City; Date Recorded SACKETT, GEORGE RICHARD; M/W; UNK; 6007460; 1918-03-17; COOK; CHICAGO; 18-03-18 According to this death record George R. was George Richard who died 1918-03-17.
