Is anyone researching the Balarka (not certain of this spelling) in Wolyn, Russia for the time period early 1900s? This is the last residence for my grandparents, surname HILLERT. Eduard left in 1911; grandma IDA stayed until 1913. They had first daughter Natalie, age 3 when they left. Eduard traveled on Cassel with a Teresa FIRCHAU and her young son Frederick Wilhelm.
