Hello, I am new to this, but I was hoping that someone could help me. I am looking for information (i.e. birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.) for IDA KAMINSKY RICHMAN and/or JACOB RICHMAN. IDA KAMINSKY was born in the late 1880s in LOMZA (the Russian part of Poland). Her mother's maiden name was SPILKA or SPILKER. She came to the U.S. through Castle Gardens in New York City around 1904 via BREMANHOFER, GERMANY. She was married to JACOB RICHMAN from KIEV, RUSSIA. (I do not know when.) JACOB RICHMAN came to the U.S. through Canada from England prior to 1907. I would very much appreciate it if anyone could tell me how I can obtain information on either of these two people.
