Dear List.... Chernyakhovsk, Russia, used to be Insterburg, Germany. It is south and east of Kaliningrad, Russia, which used to be Königsberg, Germany. Both are near Lithuania. Can anyone help me identify the address for the archives in Chernyakhovsk? Are they divided by church, civil, and military? Do they exist at all? Is there a Russian contact person or organization?
