There are 28 listings for a Charles Russell ... none showing middle the name of Bevrige. That is not to say one of them is not him, you just need to read through and pick the possibilities. You can visit the BC archives in Victoria and make photocopies of the actual documents. The archives will make copies for you but they are very expensive. You can also use the services of Random Acts of Kindness and people will often make copies for you and only charge you for photocpying and postage. Death certificates can give you a lot of information about relatives, where the person lived, occupation, etc. Try joining the Rootsweb BC list and you may get more info there. Also nespapers can be a good resource. Since both Jean and Robert died fairly young there may be more than an obit for them. I too am from BC and have Russells but not of your line.
