Re. Charles Bevrige Russell and Jean Munroe Mooney - I know this sounds trite, but do you know where these two people died, and have you checked their death certificates? Death certificates can be a lead even those most are not too reliable. Did Charles and Jean always reside in Canada? Call your Historical Society in the town/county where they lived (it might cost you a few dollars but well worth it) and they will look up the newspapers and maybe even look up the death certificates for you. My Russell's came from Pennsylvania and settled in Minnesota so I don't think my Russell's are in your line. Good Luck!
