His death certificate lists his mother's maiden name as KYLE. I have found a MS marriage listed online between a Charles (Charly?) E. Russell and a Margaret Susan Kyle on Dec 2, 1869 in Saltillo, Lee Co, MS --- possibly his parents due to the date and locality. I have also found the family pedigree on Margaret Susan Kyle, which shows the marriage to Charles E. Russell, but no decendants listed. Would greatly appreciate any information leading to Lucius Thomas Russell, Charles E. Russell, Margaret Susan Kyle, or suggestions for obtaining vital records in Lee Co and Chickasaw Co, MS, during this time period.
