I recently found that Ida Russell, who is listed in the Meigs Co., Oh. Census as a niece in the household of James H. and Electa Hysell Russell, was born in Huntingdon, WVa. She is later listed as an adopted daughter of this couple in Electa's obit. I have been searching for a daughter born in 1883 in Meigs, Athens, Gallia, Lawrence. So, now I am hopefully asking that someone look up the births in Huntington, WVa (Cabell Co.) to see if Ida is there and if it gives her parents. Thanks ever so much.
