My husband's grandfather's name was William Alex Russell, his father's name was either Frank Albert or Albert Frank Russell. He was born in KS on an indian reservation. They moved into Oklahama, then to Arkansas. Does this connect to you in any way? I have been looking for Albert's family for a long time.
