CHARLES HARDY There passed away at his home, 119 Duffus Street, Tuesday, Charles Hardy, retired motorman of the N.S. Light and Power Company, at the age of sixty-eight years. Born in Whitley, England, he resided in Halifax for the last fifty years, and was a former caretaker of the Halifax Isolation Hospital. Surviving him are his widow, four sons, Albert Arthur, Victor, Leslie and Williams of Halifax; two daughters Louise, Mrs Fred Dowdy, of Halifax; and Hazel, Mrs. Eleanor Holman, of Sheet Harbor; a brother, Albert Hardy, Head of Chezzetcook, and four sisters in Surrey, England.
