My grandmother was living in Key West as well. We are not sure if William Russell remained in Key West or not, b/c my gma's father was in the Navy so she moved around. The three you came across were born way too early 1909, 1910, and 1911. The William Russell I am looking for was born no earlier than 1930. But again thank-you!
