Someone wrote looking for a William Russell who went to Canada. I ran across this in my notes and thought I would share it. The area is in Venago County, Pennsylvania. Cornplanter Twp.: William RUSSELL born in Scotland and moved to Canada; in 1864 came to area of Plumer where he purchased a farm; m. Rachel PLEWS, a native of Canada; children: Elizabeth; Alice; Innis; Mary, m. John L. ROBINSON; James P., m. Ada MISENER, d/o W.J. & Martha O'BRIEN Misener.
