Jackson Van Buren Cooper Martha A.E. Smith, b. 4/23/1849 James Paul Smith, b. 1/23/1851 Cynthia A. Smith, b. 2/3/1853, m. Ben Russell Evander Alexander Smith, b 12/1/1854, m. Sarah "Sallie" Holmes Dozier L. Smith, b. 5/2/1857, m. Alice Tyrome? He married (2) Amanda Dampier in 1860. I've been told this is Harrette Amanda Dampier (3/5/1840-3/27/1911), however they also say this James Smith was James Andrew Jackson Smith. My James A.
