I have no information yet on anything prior to that date but do have limited information on the family I seek after that date; Jeremiah 'Jerry' Russell. His children's names were William, Nancy, John, Mary, Ruth, Amanda, Laura, and Jerry. If anything sounds like it could relate, let me know. What little information I have on the children's mother Eliza J. Hicks shows only the name Mary as being in Eliza's family names.
I have a William Russell born in 1825 in TN. He married Elizabeth Christian from Hawkins County, TN. She was born in 1848 in Hawkins County. We believe her to be the second wife to William. We know her parents to be David Christian and Mary Vaughn. We have William Russell's downline but nothing else on his ancestors except that they orginally came from Virginia. If any of this matches let me know.
