Richard Russell (b. about 1791) was a pioneer patriarch from New York State. His son Seneca Russell (b.1812) married Tabitha Rodgers in Delaware County, Ohio, in 1839. Seneca obtained land in Whiteside using a military warrant in 1852. I descend from Seneca's son Albert. If any of this looks familiar, please contact me. Sincerely, J.Mitchell
