Saved me about $1000.00 over the last 8 years. You can ask for a copy of the index and then request the pages or if you already have the page number, then you can get it right away. Be sure to ask fo rth frontspiece or title page ( if you want it, I always do). Just ask for the form at your FHC. Good Luck, Ley
