Does anyone have any info on a Robert and Tabitha Russell of NC who could have had a child ca 1828/29? Thanks to a lovely lady in Norfolk, Va., I just found the names of the parents of my William P. Russell and they were Robert and Tabitha Russell. Our family always said that William was b. in Hampton, Va. and now I find out that he was b. in NC. I have not kept up with those researching the Russells in NC. Thanks, Clare
