Does anyone have information about a Spencer Russell who was born in Ct and maybe moved to the Western Virginia area that became WV in about 1800? He would have been married to a lady named Elizabeth? I am also looking for a man named Arch or Archibald Russell who would have been in the Kanawha County area about 1877. He might not have lived there maybe some county nearby. Thanks Pat
