Philip arrived in Franklin/Williamson Co IL ca 1817 from Montgomery Co TN, he was born Lunenburg Co Va 1765, Philip had four sons, Samuel T, James S, William W, and Philip J. They in turn had many children including Philips and Williams. I'll look in my software and see if I have any Williams born about 1831.
