Using the LDS FamilySearch website, I found - Elizabeth Jane FOX Marriage: Abt. 1843, Hopkins, Kentucky Spouse: James Jefferson RUSSELL (also another record for 3 may 1845 in the same location) This might be your pair, but the data is "iffie". Several records for birth of James Jefferson RUSSELL Abt 1820 and Abt 1821 but no parent data.
