His name is Charles William Russell (DOB: 3 May 1911 in PA; died in Albuquerque, NM August 14, 1974). She has the names of Goodwin (Father: last name may be Russell, but not sure) and Kider (Mother: first name may be Valley (Vallie)as adoptive parents. There is also a Faith Kider. Story is that Charles William was adopted out of an orphanage in either Industry or Hookstown PA. Charles had a sister named Margaret. Any information would be helpful.
