Someone had emailed me with a lot of information on Josiah but I do not remember it to compare with what you have given. I do know that we have traced the lineage to an Giles Davidson who my sister thought may have come over from England but could not find him on any ship. I think he was in Virgina. Again this is by my memory and I'll need to check her records. She started the ancestory for the Russell's over twenty years ago but has not had a chance to get back to it. Her frustration if I recall correctly was that Giles just seems to appear as a young man. Again, let me check my information and get back with you.
