I am a great-grandson of George Pleasant and Mary Lucinda (Burns) Russell. Their family bible gives the following birth and marriage info: they were married on Dec 14, 1873 in Bell Co. TX. He was born Aug 9, 1851 in Hardin Co TN, (and died Dec 4, 1927 in Littlefield TX); she was born Jul 22, 1856 in Wayne Co TN (and died Mar 28, 1893 in Center City TX). One of their daughters was indeed Nettie Frances, whom I have noted as married to an otherwise unidentified Perry, and a little uncertainty about her date of death: one source gives Oct 13, 1977, while the Social Security Death Index gives Aug 1979.
