I've been trying to research Barbary Russell and the family she was living with in the 1900 census, Bel Browning and her husband, G.W. (George Washington) Browning. Isabelle Emeline Browning was one of Barbary's daughters. The line I am working on goes down through Mary Theletha(?) Browning, b. April 8, 1898, a wonderful lady who was like a grandmother to my sisters and I. I would love to learn anything about Barbary and her husband so that I can pass it on to my friend's family.
