Using the LDS FamilySearch website, I easily found two records - William H RUSSELL Born: 1861 Rochester, Monroe, New York Marriage: Jan 1879 Rochester, Monroe, New York Spouse: Frances M HOHNSON William H. RUSSELL Marriage: 15 Jul 1860 , Henry, Ohio Spouse: Frances J. FRALICK Since your posting lacked both time period and location it would be very hard to advise which record might be correct, if either. Keep in mind that LDS data is questionable.
