Russell, born 1822 in Naples, Steuben, NY in August 1822. married Mary Ann Kinfield, born 1820, on Dec. 20, 1820. It appears that he may have moved around some. Has children as follows: Maria, Loretta Maud, James H., Martin L., W. L., Mary Franciela, and Ruth Ann. Mary Franciela was my paternal great grandmother. born 29 Aug 1851 in Hornellsville. Loretta was born in Cohocton. and Plattsburg comes in there somewhere but I am not sure just where. I have been searching in vain for his ancestors. They migrated to Michigan some time after 1853 when Ruth Ann was born, and by 1860 where they show up in census in Michigan, St. Joseph County. Then later to South Bend, St. Joseph, IN where is recorded as having died in 1903 and 1905 depending on whose records you are using. Any help you may be able to give me will be greatly apreciated.
