I just found it. My Grand Father was French S Russell. My great grand father was Wm Newton Russell. One of the family members in TN researching the family came up with Thomas Russell and Lucinda Rogers as the father and mother of Wm N Russell. That member of the family, Lynn Russell, has passed on. I have had no luck in verifying her conclusions. I have found several Trees for a Thomas Russell but none with Lucinda. I would like to go farther. I would like to talk further with you.

Which part of Tn are your Russell's from?
