Dakota He married lucinda in 1851 and had 3 children: Herbert, Clara A and Albert. He was co-founder of the Russell-Miller Milling Co. with Arther Miller his son-in-law. He was also mayor of valley city for 2 years. I am trying to find his parents and any pictures of him.
