Penelope was the daughter of James C. Allen and Angeline (Allen) Allen, his wife. Angeline was the daughter of George Allen and Sybil Tallmadge, his wife. We are descendants of George and Sybil's youngest son. James C. Allen was the son of Othaniel Allen. Both families came from New York State.
