Does anyone have any information regarding a Robert Russell who on the 1860 Census is listed as 21 and listed as on the US Receiving Ship Pennsylvania when the census was taken on Dec. 20, 1860 in the Jackson Ward district of Portsmouth, Va. Thanks so very much, Clare
