Pat, Nancy Russell had a sister named Elizabeth. Elizabeth was born June 12, 1765, so I'm not sure that Nancy was born as early as the 1730's. Elizabeth married Jeremiah Dean, Sr. (b Apr 23, 1760- d Dec 2, 1812). A letter written by one of their sons, Ellis Dean, Sr., to a son of Stephen Scobee & Hannah McKee. In it, he tells of Elizabeth and Nancy being sisters, one married to Dean the other married to John Scoby. Joanne Scobee Morgan Reposting Nancy Russell, daughter of Steven Russell and Rebecca ? was bn abt 1732. She was married abt July 1762 in Middlesex Co VA to John Scobee bn 1720 Scotland and died 1812 Clark Co KY. Their children were: 1. Stephen bn 7 Jan 1773 VA died 26 Dec 1866 Henry Co Ky married to Hannah McKee 2. Robert bn abt 1775 died 30 Oct 1835 Stone Creek, Clark Co Ky was married to Elizabeth Brohard 3. John bn 6 Apr 1776 KY died 30 Jun 1851 Paris, Monroe Co MO was married 30 Mar 1795 to Nancy Barrett 4. Danel bn 1777 married to Caty Rogers 5. Kate bn 1780 6. Dortha 7. Ann married to Charles Boggs.
