I found him and about 4 other Russells all living beside each other they have his name spelled wrong but it is him and waity. Their are in Wisconsin > Grant > District 24, Image 35 of those Census. They have his names spelled Eralyeman Russell but that is him and I feel that it is his brothers that are living near him. Write to me if you can't find him.
