They had a daughter, Ina Bella Russell b: 1885 in Blackwell, Pennsylvania. Don't know Charles' birth year, or much more information about him, but am sure he died prior to 1910 since the 1910 Census shows Martha as a widow and living in Niagra Falls, NY. Have seen his name listed on 2 marriage certificates as "Charles V. Russell" and "Charles W. Russell" but nothing is set in concrete with this elusive relative. Any help would be appreciated.
