I regret that I had to remove the index of the first 14 volumes of the "Russell Register" from: http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/special/russellregister/ The late Frances Russell Nelson, the creator of the Register, was a friend of mine and gave permission for me to use the index. The new editor, who purchased the Register from Shirley Shumate, has asked me to remove the index because "The information you have posted on rootsweb is the index that I charge a fee for, this is not something that is free."
