The following was posted on another board 2/23/1997 by a Sandy Malitz. Can't locate Sandy with some of the information. Any help would be appreciated: Seeking the birthdate & place of Jesse Mc CLAIN. He married Mary RUSH in Shelby Co., KY in 1910. Jessee died in Parke Co., IN ca. 1874. Known children include Morgan (married Mary Jane JOHNSON), Elizabeth (married Harman PULLIAM), and Emaline (married James M. Johnson). Jesse & Mary lived in Shelby Co. until ca mid 1830s at which time they moved to Park Co., IN about the same time as the COLLINGS, JOHNSON, and NUTGRASS families. Thank you for your assistance.
