Sedalia Democrat Sedalia, Missouri 06-27-02 Bobby C. Dietz, 1941-2002, Houstonia, Missouri Bobby C. Dietz, 61, of Houstonia, died Sunday, June 9, 2002, at his home. He was born Feb. 10, 1941, in Des Moines, Iowa, a son of Herb and Virginia Payne Dietz. On Feb. 25, 1968, in Idaho Springs, Colo., he was married to Sharen Pitts, who died in 2000. Mr. Dietz was a director of public works in Central City, Colo. He was a member of several fire departments. He was an Army veteran, serving during the mid 1960s. Surviving are a son, Rick Dietz of Westminister, Colo.; two daughters, Michelle Beaglehole of Coniver, Colo., and Shawine Wood of Westminister; two sisters, Mary Ellen Fleming and Shelly Hall, both of Wisconsin; and six grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at the family home at 2 p.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Harold Nicks officiating.
