She died Dec. 28, > 1999. > Mr. Berger had lived in the Brighton and Fort Lupton area since 1930 and was > the owner and operator of the family farm west of Fort Lupton. Mr. Berger > was a member of St. William's Catholic Church in Fort Lupton; lifetime > member of the Knights of Columbus, past president of the New Brantner Ext., > member of the Platte Valley Soil Conservation District and past president of > Farmers Union in Fort Lupton. > Mr. Berger was active in the Weld County Democratic Party and was a precinct > chairman.
