    3. Greeley Tribune Greeley, Colorado 05-29-02 . Barbara Dyer Barbara J. (Schleiger) Dyer, 64, of Glen Haven died Friday, May 24, at the Hospice Care Center at McKee Medical Center in Loveland. She was born Jan 30, 1938, in Platteville to Jake and Katherine Adler. She moved with her family to Berthoud when she was 3 years old. She attended Berthoud public schools and lived in the Loveland- Greeley-Glen Haven areas most of her life. In 1956, she married Richard Schleiger; they had two children. In 1992, Barbara married Cliff Dyer. They built a home in Glen Haven, where they had lived since 1998. Mrs. Dyer was a member of the Chapel of the Interlude in Drake for the past 12 years. She enjoyed working on chapel building projects and volunteered many hours last year. She enjoyed time with family and friends. Survivors are her husband, Cliff Dyer; two sons, Mark Schleiger of Loveland and Jerry Schleiger of Berthoud; a stepdaughter, Linda Butler, and a stepson, Lanny Dyer, both of Greeley; a sister, Bernice Elmshaeuser of Loveland; and seven grandchildren. Four brothers, Donald, Robert, Stan and Harvey Adler, and a sister, Joann Steffic, are deceased. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Trinity United Methodist Church, 801 N. Cleveland Ave., Loveland. Cremation. Friends may sign an on-line memorial book at the obituary page of www.ColoradoCremation.com. A reception will be immediately after the service. A separate memorial service will be in late June to honor her and her contributions to the Chapel of the Interlude and Drake Community Center.
