Loveland newspaper Loveland, Colorado 02-11-02 Harvey Victor Kechter, 63, of Fort Collins, died Feb. 5, 2002, at his home. He was the father of Loveland residents Chuck Kechter and Tom Kechter. He also is survived by several other relatives. He was born Nov. 16, 1938, in Fort Collins, to George Kechter Jr. and Louise Bath Kechter. Cremation will be conducted. A service to celebrate Mr. Kechter's life will be 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at 1314 W. 36th St. in Loveland. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Bohlender Funeral Chapel in Fort Collins is in charge of arrangements.
