Loveland Newspaper Loveland, Colorado 12-19-01 Mary Harding Mary Harding, 85, of Loveland, died Dec. 13, 2001, at McKee Medical Center in Loveland. She was born Jan. 14, 1916, in Windsor to Phillip and Mary Elizabeth Deines Scheller. She went to school through the eighth grade. She had been a resident of Loveland since 1936. She married Arthur Harding on Feb. 20, 1936, in Loveland. He preceded her in death June 25, 1994. She was a homemaker and gardener and helped her husband on the farm and with milking the cows. Mrs. Harding enjoyed cooking, baking and canning. She also enjoyed quilting, embroidery and sewing. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Johnstown. She is survived by two sons, Jim Harding and wife Barb and Robert Harding and wife Darlene, all of Loveland; two daughters, Roberta Reichert of Loveland and Elnora Whitman and husband John of Wellington; sister Mollie Klein of Greeley; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three nephews; and four nieces. She was preceded in death by a brother, Phillip Scheller; and a nephew, Robert Scheller. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to noon Monday at the Allnutt-Hunter Funeral Home. A graveside service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Loveland Burial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in care of the Allnutt-Hunter Chapel. Back to the top
