My best wishes for a Happy Holiday season, and New Year filled with the Lord's blessings, and good luck in your ancestral searches! I believe that we who share a love and passion for genealogy and the search for our ancestors, all have thoughts of those who have gone before. A bit of them continues on, in each of us, so long as we have memory of them. I have received a draft of an updated/current "edition" of "RUDD BRANCHES" from Tom Clark, and am going through with what info I have that can be added. I've been accumulating info from this Rudd group, and would like to assist him in bringing this "quick reference" text up to date. I've been delving into my own ancestry (TOWNE, SOPER, DIBBLE, and QUICK - all came here in the 1600s) and haven't been writing much to the Rudd group, but next month will ask all who share our Rudd ancestry to add whatever you can to bring this information up to date. In closing, I again extend my wishes for a Happy Holiday and New Year. Janet Rudd in Illinois
