Dear Jane: I'm not sure which Rudd book you are referring to, but there used to be a ref. only book in the New Eng. H. & G. Society in Boston. This was a good many years ago, and the only Rudd book I had ever found up to that point. They wouldn't let me photocopy it, and I was just getting ready to leave for home after a week long seminar at the NEHG. I was so mad at them that I just walked out.
