The item about N. Andrews being a daughter is not correct. N. Andrews was really Charles N. Andrews who was made guardian to the son Silas. I have the documents from probate. He was also appointed to be the administrator of the estate. There is a document with no date where the administrator "has not discovered any money property estate or credits of said estate, and does not know of any." "And he resigns the office of Administrator of said Estate." David F. Talbot was then appointed administrator and guardian of the son. This last item appears to be dated Jan. 6, 1859. I am sure this son Silas who was listed as age 8 in 1859 is the 13 year old pauper in the poorhouse in Owen, Winnebago Co., IL in 1860, and the ancestor of Arlene Willet who is on the list and Suzanne Houchin who does not have e-mail!
