She could have lived with sister, Phoebe, in Saybrook and been considered a LEE. I looked and looked for a Mary, sister of Thomas Lee, for the possible Mary Lee. I cannot locate the note I made many years ago that when the monument was erected in her honor - I believe at Bride's Brook - she was called Mary Lee. I do not understand why I did not follow this further, unless I found a marriage for Mary BROWNE, but I have no notes to show that I did. It is well worth a try.
