Good idea! Jonathan was of Saybrook, CT, descendants were in Norwich, CT, and my line starting with Joseph(3) ended up in VT, and all the rest of my Rudd line as far as me stayed in VT, with the exception of Increase(6) and Lydia (Cole) Rudd who went out to Collins, Erie Co., NY. Many descendants of this Rudd line have spread out to who knows where! Hope this helps someone. Hi Everyone, I am still looking for more information on the origins of Richard RUDD born about 1783 and his wife Ann MAUND born about 1787 and their daughter Mary born about 1811 and possibly a son John came to Canada from England before 1831, possibly around 1818. Settled in the Leeds, Megantic Co. are of Quebec, Canada. Mary married a DOWNES and John married Eliza DOHERTY on 23 OCT 1877 in Quebec.
