The only LANE found on that page (or in Rowan for 1850) is William P. Lane. 865 - 882 William P. Lane (57) - laborer [All born NC] Lydia L. Lane (54) Lydia Lane (22) Checking index for Levi Lane I found a reference for 1860 Lincoln Co. census, Knob Crrek, pg 281. Also listed on pg 281 for other LANES were Joseph, Samuel and Jacob.
