Marsha: Don't have too much on the Anderson's. Actually there are maybe two sets of Anderson's. James Smith married Clara (Chloe/Cloe) Anderson, and James' father, John, was married to Rebecca Anderson. I hope she wasn't a cousin, or niece, but who knows. Rebecca's parents were Cornelius b. 1690, and Annetie Opdycke, b. 1694. Both were born in Maidenhead Twp., Hunterdon, NJ. Their daughter Rebecca was born 1699 in Dutch Kills, NY. I have quite a bit on this line of Smiths. It goes back to the mid 1500s in England. Will be glad to share. Derald Linn
