I am looking for the parents of my ggggrandfather Charles Lentz, currently for his mother's name. I have Lentz Heritage (some of it anyway) and refer to page 33 where there is a question in that author's mind about this. So I went to the McCubbins files yesterday, and found the reference that Abraham was m. first to ____ Poole, exactly as it stated in the book but unfortunately no closer to finding out the first wife's name than before. Is anyone researching this particular branch of the family and knows who the Poole is? I also have a book about the Pools and find no Elizabeth who could be Charles' mother--she is supposed to be sister of David Poole, and children of Otho, but no Elizabeth fits any part of that description ( and she had to die when Charles was b. in 1815).
