    3. Hi Nina Boy I am not laughing a bit. What I've been told is that we have English Grimes and German Grimes all settling in Rowan County. I am researching the German Grimes which seem to have settled on Abbotts Creek but can also be found down around the Old Pilgrim Church. I have hopefully been able to separate them I think mostly on noting the English first names.
