Does any of this sound familiar? I would greatly appreciate any help you can give concerning the history of people with these surnames before 1880. I am seeking to gather collateral information on lines that mine intermarried with on the hypothesis that women are as detailed as men in keeping mementoes and records of their lineage; and therefore, I might get some obscure information on my family from these other families. I have many relatives at King's Mountain from SC, NC and VA. I hypothesize that previous generations knew each other in Chester/Lancaster area of Pennsylvania. Do you have any intermarriages with these names? Would you please take a few moments to see if you recognize, off the top of your head, ----without a lot of effort on your part-----, any of these as kin or neighbors? There are other surnames that I can link or suspect a connection through Presbyterianism and/or the Battle of King's Mountain on the NC-SC border. These intermarriages would have been in or around Cumberland, Chester and Lancaster Counties, PA; Augusta, Botetourt, Rockbridge, Rockingham, Wythe, Washington Counties, VA; Surry, Lincoln, Catawba, and Rowan Co, NC; near Ninety-Six, SC; Christian, Madison, Washington, Fayette and Bourbon Counties, KY; Bedford, Blount, Cannon, Christian, Coffee, Maury, Rutherford Counties, TN, Washington, Iron and St. Francois [Francis] Counties, MO or Moses and Stephen Fuller AUSTIN and the move to establish TX. Please reply privately, so as not to clog the list. Mary
